Reporting to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Litigation, this position will interact with several functional areas within the business including Information Technology, Information Security, Compliance, and the Law Department.  This individual will work both independently and collaboratively on sophisticated and challenging eDiscovery matters.


Work Location: Wichita, Kansas


Key Accountabilities:

  • Collect and preserve electronically stored information including computer hard drives, server shares, mobile devices, applications, enterprise vault, exchange email holds, SharePoint, etc. as well as certain paper documents
  • Prepare output deliverables for review by the Legal and/or Security, including data extraction, deduplication, filtering, keyword searching, image conversion, branding, media preparation, labeling, tracking, delivery and archiving
  • Maintain tracking logs and chain of custody for data collected, received, and shipped
  • Execute testing of tools and methods to validate their accuracy and reliability  
  • Maintain documentation surrounding ESI collection, processing, review, and production plans
  • Troubleshoot a wide variety of electronic discovery issues and recommend solution
  • Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied across the life of the case
  • Create statistical reports providing information on collection, filtering, processing, review, and productions
  • Utilize software to reduce the size of potentially relevant data sets
  • Execute and support Records Information Management (RIM) functions as needed
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
  • Must have the ability to perform well under pressure, with great attention to detail
  • Energetic, proactive, decisive, ability to learn quickly, work independently, and influence others while maintaining high levels of integrity and discretion
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of the company



  • Associates degree required
  • Bachelors degree in Information Science or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of eDiscovery administration or Information Technology administration experience is required
  • Must have working knowledge of Exchange and O365 administration

 Preferred Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of Bachelors degree or 3 to 6 years of Master's degree.
  • Experience with SQL and maintaining self-hosted data bases/networks is preferred
  • Experience in Records Information Management (RIM) is preferred
