1. Work with engineering requirements, work orders, prints, charts,sketches, work instructions, documents, verbal and electronicinformation to manufacture to quality requirements, parts andassemblies.2. Fabricate assemblies using computerized numerical controlled (CNC)mediums while simultaneously ensuring product and/or process quality atall levels of the manufacturing operation throughmonitoring/verification methodologies.3. Determine and adjust as necessary machine feeds, speeds, and workalignment using shop mathematics, charts and graphs and precisionmeasuring instruments. Ability to machine proof new and revised partprograms.4. Adjust tool set-ups and make minor machine adjustments to ensuresafe operation of the machine.5. Adapt tooling and holding fixtures as necessary to orient machinetool cutters and machining fixtures. Ability to check parts for correctdimensions using heights gages, gauge blocks, micrometers, calipers,protractors, and other precisions tools.┬á6. Use precision measuring instruments required to accomplish tasks.7. Qualified candidate will need to successfully pass a skillsdemonstration.8. Utilize tooling in the assembly of components into sub-assemblies orend items.9. Verify work performed is per work instructions and meets processand/or engineering specification. Identify discrepancies found perapplicable procedure.10. Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.11. Assist in the training of other assembly personnel in assembly andinstallation techniques.
